Playing with Video – “The Aspiring Writer”

Lately, I’ve been amused by various bits from YouTube that use Xtranormal.com’s 3D animation.  They advertise that if you can type you can create these, so I finally gave in and tried it.  It is not too difficult, once you get the idea of how they work.  I only went for the free download, which limits your locations and characters, but it looks like upgrading to more locations and characters is easy enough, if you want to pay for the additional options.

But I’m still at the beginning stage, and the simple two character, street corner set-up works fine for me.

And having been inspired by someone else’s (“So You Want To Write A Novel”), I thought I would draw on some conversations I’ve had in the past, and give you my own version.

I’m still learning all the possibilities with this, but using these animations to make a point should add a little fun to the discussions here on this blog.

About Sarah

Now residing in Las Vegas, I was born in Michigan and moved to Texas when 16. After getting my Masters degree in English, I moved to Hollywood, because of the high demand for Medievalists (NOT!). As a freelance writer and editor, I found Nevada offers better conditions for the wallet. I love writing all sorts of things, and occasionally also create some artwork.
